New Year. New Vision. Emerge from your winter sleep and start a new cycle as we celebrate Tu B'Shvat, the Jewish New Year for the Trees. Together we will reinterpret this mystical holiday and raise our consciousness as we come together as a community for the 4th Annual Bay Area Eco Tu B'Shvat Seder.

The seder will include fruits and nuts, wine, hearty and delicious soup, light snacks and other delectable earthly delights*. We’ll celebrate the many gifts that trees have to offer during this evening of discussion, singing, and, of course, eating! Whether you’ve never been to a Tu B'shvat seder before or attend one every year, you are not going to want to miss this Bay Area community tradition.

The Bay Area Eco Tu B'Shvat Seder is 100% beginner-friendly, features fabulous leaders who will inspire you to take action, and offers a feast of exotic fruits that will be an unforgettable treat!...

*At the eco kosher seder, all wine, juice and packaged foods will have a hechsher. Produce will be purchased from local and organic sources whenever possible.

What To Bring: We strive to minimize the enviornmental impact of this event. People who bring their own reusable water & wine cup, plate, silverware, and napkin will receive a $3 refund at the door. (Compostable dishware will be available for those who don’t have or forget.)

This event would not be possible without the generous financial contributions of our event funders:
